ABOUT
MEDUSA MEDIA GROUP

Medusa Media Group is a premier thought leadership strategy, production and training firm for some of the world's most-recognized entrepreneurs and leaders.

OUR MISSION

To see women and nonbinary leaders and culture shapers take more than half of the seats as bestselling authors, top-rated podcast hosts, and highest-paid speakers.

We change this—we save ourselves and our planet—by putting power in the hands of women. That’s why we provide communications consulting to North America’s most

recognized women entrepreneurs in the Welcome to the Women Helping Women Economy (WHWE). Because women need power, and influence, respect, and money = power.

Our Anti-Racism Commitments

In our work:

  • Always curating content that is produced by Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC)
  • Featuring BIPOC in the imagery we source, and encouraging you to choose that imagery
  • Supporting you to ensure you’re following, engaging with, and amplifying the voices of BIPOC in your industries
  • Buying Black as much as possible
  • Donating 1% of profits every quarter to a nonprofit serving or lead by Black or Native women ⤵

In our relationships:

  • With People of Color: if we make mistakes as a company or do anything that makes you uncomfortable, you can tell us and we will listen. We won’t get defensive or gaslight you.

  • With white people: you don’t have to pretend to be any more “woke” than you are. If you don’t understand how white supremacy works or how to be a better ally, let’s talk about it. It’s important to be open about race and not hide in awkwardness.

OUR VISION

To achieve gender parity in cultural, economic and social authority.

ORGANIZATIONS WE'VE DONATED TO:

Our clients include sought after authors, speakers, academics, consultants and coaches in the fields of leadership, diversity equity and inclusion, and professional development.
